    I love Sabotage, but I just can't imagine hearing that song without picturing the awesome Spike Jonze 70's police show music video in my head. That is the best music video of all time, bar none, and I cannot imaging using any other video imagery to accompany that particular song.


    I'm not a country music fan whatsoever, but I like me some Johnny Cash (his cover of Nine Inch Nails' "Hurt" is nothing short of brilliant...although I also like the Kermit the Frog version of that song as well...the video of Kermit masturbating to the picture of Miss Piggy with the Jim Henson photo in the background during that song is one of the most overtly disturbing yet oddly hilarious things I have ever seen). Anyway...my original point before I went off on that bizarre tangent was that Social Distortion has a good modernized version of "Ring of Fire" out there.

It would have been funnier if the Taco Bell Bear was rocking back and forth in a fetal position in his bathtub at the end like Kermit.

      I agree with the poster who said that REO Speedwagon and STYX are hard sells out here. They do the Indian casino thing out here.

      Social D's version of Ring Of Fire is awesome. I'm on board with that one.

              Punta Canada, of course!



              Plenty of fun on the VERY white (but strangely cold) beaches.



              I'm not sure if the red sensitive skin on my back after snorkeling is from sunburn or frostbite.



              I thought it was weird that they only had "El Presidente" on tap and not Molson.

                Seriously, though, a good time was had by all. Dreams Punta Cana was a great family resort. The kids did not want to leave the Explorer's Club seemingly ever, leaving the wife and I plenty of time to ourselves. We basically ate breakfast with the kids, spent about an hour before dinner with them swimming and playing games with them, then tucking them in at night. They even preferred to eat their lunches and dinners with their friends at the buffet rather than with mom and dad at the fancier French, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Seafood, or Steakhouse Grill restaurants. I even met a Clevelander who was a nice enough guy, but I made sure to get his email so I could taunt him mercilessly after we wipe the floor with them in week 2.

                      Sorry to get back to this so late, but I wanted to chime in on Ruthless' comments...

                      Ruthless...you & I are on the same page with "Sabotage" & Cash's version of "Hurt", but I'd like to hear any one of those songs I listed played at the stadium to get it rocking. But I think that thousands of people singing the signature tune of "The Man in Black" would be fantastic.

                      But I still wanted to throw a couple more out & keeping with the "Renegades" theme, we could go with the "Renegades of Funk" by Rage Against the Machine. Shoot..."Sleep Now In the Fire", "Guerrilla Radio" or "Testify" would be GREAT songs to play to get both the team & the crowd fired up . Hmmm...anybody know how we contact the Steelers' Marketing Department?

                      BTW...cute kids, monkeys are creepy.
