    Oviedo, that sounds like pretty negative stuff from a guy like you. I think this team is in dire straits, but I'm not ready to pack it in yet. Even if Ben doesn't play and we lose this weekend, we'll still be in the wild card hunt.

    Ben will not get hurt again... maybe this will change his play a little on taking so many hits.

    Batch is mr. glass... I think he is doing a Bettis and getting hurt to stay on the roster. Something is up because I don't recall him taking a hit yesterday. Was it on the hand off?

      oh my god this is terrible. batch is a solid back up but he has been hit with injurys hard the last few seasons. ben better be ok. no way do i want to see dixon playing. what else can really go wrong this season?

          this was charlies first snap in a game since 2007. i've always been a charlie fan, but clearly it's time for him to start working on his coaching resume.

              I've been saying this for the last month to Bengal work peers. My memory is not as astute as many of yours on this forum; however, it seems we have way more injuries this year to significant players.

                  How the hell do you get injured for the year (which basically this is), playing THREE plays. F-n ridiculous. (Obviously, it's hard to get mad at someone who gets hurt and needs surgery, but c'mon Batch--sew It up).

                  Cleo F-n Lemon?! Are you joking me? This is a pretty shaky development, given that they have mortgaged the offensive balance in favor of being pass-happy. The negative (quite obviously, now) is that if we have to resort to a Cleo Lemon, WTF are we to do? No proven run game to lean on, makes it very difficult to imagine us succeeding long-term.

                      I have yet to see HOW Batch hurt his wrist during the game & I looked for it during last night's NFL Network replay. Has anyone seen a report or story as to how it happened or did he fall in the shower after the game?
