Re: Peezy wears Plax jersey on post game interview last night
I have a lot of respect for Joey Porter - he may have a big mouth but his heart seems to be in right place.
I was kind of disappointed that his interviewers all sort of just glazed right over the topic - except Eisen who could only focus on the fact that he is wearing his QB's college rival.....hey Eisen - that was COLLEGE!!!!
I mean would it have killed Deion or Marshall Faulk to have said - "Hey Plax hang in there"?? or anything positive?
I'm not a Plax fan by any means - but at the end of the day - the guy is still in prison....for shooting himself -- think about that logic.

On our drive to the game this past weekend, we had Sirius Blue Collar Radio on for a little while, and Jon Reep was doing his "Metro Jethro" bit, which I hadn't heard before. When he unexpectedly threw in a "Plaxico Jethro" I almost lost it in the car.Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

He's in prison for taking an unregistered, loaded weapon that he was carrying concealed illegally into a public place where weapons are illegal...and for discharging that weapon in said public place...which is also illegal.Originally posted by LonbullI have a lot of respect for Joey Porter - he may have a big mouth but his heart seems to be in right place.

Speaking of weapons...something I never knew before...on NFL films recently they did a story on Phil McConkey...did you know he found a gun on the field after Super Bowl XXI?
