Broncos’ Dumervil flagged for roughing Tom Brady 3 days befo

Denver Broncos outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil was flagged for roughing New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady Thursday, three full days before the two were set to face one another on the football field.

“I saw Dumervil chasing and sacking me in my dreams,” Brady stated simply. “So I called coach (Bill Belichick), he called the NFL officials office, and they took care of it from there.”

NFL Head of Officiating Mike Pereira confirmed the penalty, citing the NFL’s publicly concerted efforts to protect the league’s signal callers and the quality of the game.

“We don’t want our star players to suffer,” Pereira said. “Let’s face it, this is a quarterback’s game, and whether it’s season-ending knee surgery or scream-inducing night terrors, our quarterbacks need to be protected.”

“I really don’t see what the big deal is,” Brady added.

Dumervil, tied for the league lead in sacks, is expected to be fined up to $15,000 for his perceived actions. Fearing further league punishment, Dumervil declined to comment.

Four football fans were climbing a mountain. The four teams they were fans of are, Steelers, Eagles, Cowboys and Patriots. During the climb they all argued that they are the best fan. Arriving at the top of the mountain the Cowboy fan yelled out, " this is for the Cowboy fans " he jumped to his death. The Eagle fan not wanting to be out done, jumped off the mountain for his fans. The Steeler fan yelled out, this for all other fans as he pushed the Patriot fan off the mountain.

Tom Brady is so dumb, he couldnt spell F-L-A-G if you spotted him the F- -A-G.

In an unrelated story, Ray Lewis of the Ravens has already been credited with 4 tackles for their game with the Bengals. He may end up with more, but he has at least 4 for the game, as of now.

Why was it a trip ? I heard he hit the lottery after he blew all his NFL money.

It was just a trip to hear him talk about his perspective of some of the Steeler Cowboy games from back then. He didnt like Dirt Winston and thought the Steelers were out to get him...but they never got him.

Those are just the solo tackles. He also has 2 assists.
