If a guy like Merriman was trying to choke a little thing like that, it seems she'd have some signs of trauma (marks or something). I hate to be the guy that assumes the worst about these girls, but I'm just skeptical. She has shown her self to be about life for one thing and that is her own self-promotion.

I've seen a few more things come out that lead me to believe the self-promoting crazy beyatch is doing just that...self-promoting a crazy beyatch!

1) Apparently Merriman lost a very close friend in a drunk driving accident and takes this very seriously.

2) She apparently had no marks on her.

3) The police only arrested him because the self-promoting crazy beyatch made a citizens arrest...and the police had no choice but to comply.
