there have been hall of fame linemen drafted in the first round. heck the bungles got one with anthony munoz once. the more i see andre smith however I can't think of one skill he's shown that demonstrates he will be a great one. i'm thinking 5 seconds after they made that selection, 31 other general managers were laughing so hard they were crying....

It definitely looks like a wasted pick, but I'll give Paul Alexander (The O-Line coach) the benefit of the doubt for wanting him.

The last two 1st round linemen that we've drafted were Willie Anderson and Levi Jones. Both did great for us. It was too bad Levi's knees gave out on him...
