Yes, thanks Lon. This is a great game and this year, for awhile anyway, was the best I've ever done.

I mean, to finish in the bottom half and not even get to have a coctail in the "Goose-Egg Lounge" is like losing twice.

Oh wait, it's singular here, right...bitch?

It could have been funnier, but I had to take into consideration the fact that

        1. I don't really know you guys and did not want to offend anyone....afterall, we are all on here to have fun and enjoy ourselves!

        and....

        2. I wasn't sure what age group views this....I didn't want to get to graphic if someone's 12 year-old daughter (whom I think Big Lebowski may be....finally, had something for him - or her), so I had to keep it clean!

Re: Monday Night Football Executive 2009 - Finale

Congrats NEclams. I am looking forward to how you do next year. It seems that people that do good one year continually do good the following years. And people that suck continue to suck.

Lonbull - thanks for doing this. I haven't spent much time on the board this year, but this is one of those unique games that I enjoy more every year.

Falcons Fans - congrats on beating me in this game on your first try. As can be seen by the scores though a monkey flinging feces at a chart could beat me at this f - ing game.

For all those that beat me, I give you a double middle finger salute:

          ..!.. ..!..

Re: Monday Night Football Executive 2009 - Finale

Congrats NEClams!!!!! Every once in a while a blind squirrel finds a nut.

Lonbull, Ghost, and I agreed we had to let someone else win this year so everyone didn't give up on this fun little game. If a noob can win it, well, there's hope for everyone. Hang in there dsmitty, you were the fastest out of the gate in the original game if I remember correctly.

And I'd just like to take a moment to say this - F the NFC South. I expected Carolina, Tampa, and NO to be 8-8 or 9-7 teams duking it out in the final weeks of the season for playoff spots. Boy was I wrong.

In all seriousness, thanks everyone for making this a fun game again.....LB for the writeups and LB/Ghost for scoring, and everyone for competiting.

            Now Down Goes NEClams!!!!!!!

            Who's got next?

I swear every year I look at my schedule and think - this is it....everybody is going to have a schedule just like mine, because ---- well it's OBVIOUS who the good teams are going to be this season.....and then around Week 4 I wonder was I thinking!

                Every. Year.

I'm just sorry i introduced him to this game......GEEZ.....talk about crazy man....LOL.........After reading his posts you'd think the STEELERS just won the darn SUPERBOWL.............LOL

I do agree for next year we should only be allowed to pick the same team no more then 3 times.

                  Congrats CLAMS.....lucky bastard

                    HELL NO

                    Keep the rules the same.

I didn't pick any single team a bunch of times....it's called betting with your brain, not your heart!

There is no need for a rule change, if you don't want to pick the same team 8 times, then don't!

Some times you need to.....how else can you have chance at the same division .600 or better or even .500 or better?

It just takes a little discipline!

PLUS, if we have 3 pick max, how is STEELERBOT gonna play?

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
