Kemo consisitently misses assignments and that probably won't change either. I also loved the illegal formation penalty against Colon. What would a Steeler game be without Colon getting a penalty.

At some point, this organization is going to have to invest major capital in the OL. Hopefully Ben will remain healthy until that happens.
They already have invested major capital in the O-line; both, Starks and Kemo signed long term deals that weren't cheap. The O-line is going to have to be developed by Zeirlein and Arians.

well.. that ain't happening... LOL!!! I think the FO mindset is "we won a SB with them so ride em til the youngsters beat them out.

I can't blame the FO logic either... I think investing "MAJOR capital" was picking up Urbik and Shipley..

why spend top dollar when you have a QB like Ben who is better after contact

I guess you haven't been around training camp. Urbik has a long way to go in order to make it in the NFL. He won't be starting this year, unless we have major injuries. And even if that happened, we'd bring in veterans like we did with our newest C.

Have you checked out the game video from Thursday? Urbik did a lot better than he had been doing in practice. He looked pretty good for his first game. As I said above, most of the young lineman did very well when you "break down the game tape."

I watched the game, and he didn't impress me or for that matter, he didn't 'unimpress' me either. He had an avg. game IMO, running with the 2nd and 3rd teamers.

All I'm saying is that in reality- the guy has a long way to go. So, don't put him in the starting lineup just yet. The way it's going, he'll be 3rd string at best.

Have you been at training camp? Sorry if you've mentioned that in other threads...The two days I was there I don't think you could really draw too much from those practices. After watching the game tape and the O-Line play in slow motion, I was very impressed with the young guys, granted it was against 2nd and 3rd stringers. Did you notice how quick Tony Hills looked? He really looked good in pass protection.
