Remember the Man Show toast? I was just typing something about Ziggy Hood and that chant came to mind. I know he has yet to take the field for us, so there is a long way to go before he is worthy of his own catch phrase, but I was thinking that this was the perfect retort to any big play by our new big man.

Of course we would have to slightly alter it to something a little more phonetically appropriate. How 'bout Ziggy socky, Ziggy socky, oi, oi, oi!! Then we all drink.

According to German tradition, someone is supposed to yell out the Ziggy socky part, then everyone else chimes in with the oi, oi, oi! part.

How about

Yeah, I thought about the Ziggy sacky which works well but is only good for sacks. Unless he redefines the 3-4 DE position, we wouldn't be able to use it more than a handful of times each season.

Maybe both forms could be used.
