Sucks when a team loses someone, even if it is our division rival. I like to beat people when they are at their best.

Eh, I feel sympathy for the individual player, and that's about it. I lost all respect and sympathy for the team and the fanbase a loooong time ago.

I'm kind of in the middle. I feel bad for Kelly, no real sympathy for the team. I also have a bit of sympathy for our own JOM.

I like to beat a team at their best, simply because it takes away the excuse that they only lost because of injuries.

I just like beating other teams. I could care less who is playing. The bigger the beating the better. After the final whistle blows it doesn't matter who was on the field. All that matters is whether you get a tick in the win or loss column.

I never like when a player gets hurt -- even those I hate. In this case I also don't like it because it gives some of those bengal fans another excuse on why Carson isn't the greatest ... Jom excluded.

As many on this site think ... The Rooney's suck, Colbert sucks, Tomlin sucks, the coaches suck, and the players suck.

              but Go Steelers!!!

                Re: Bengal's TE out/for season

Good for me since I drafted the rookie TE they got in my dynasty league rookie draft

Not so good for Mr. Kelly however

Not so good for the Bengals

Lol, like Reggie Kelly would've made a difference.

He was always played well against the Ravens for us.

It sucks that it was Reggie Kelly. He's probably done with football now. He's contract expires after this season and coming off a torn ACL, I doubt he'll return. Classy guy all the way to.

From a overall football prospective though, it shouldn't effect the team much this season. If there was any starter that we could lose and recover from it was him (With the exception of Roy Williams if he's named the starter)...

Our WR's will be licking their chops if Lewis and Zimmer make the stupid decision to sit Ndukwe for Williams. Ndukwe is an up-and-coming player and Williams is just asking to be burned by anyone and everyone in coverage (I think the reason why the horsecollar tackle rule is named after him is that he is always chasing the guy with the ball from behind and that is the only way to tackle him).
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I would agree with you, the one exception being that Zimmer was a secondary coach. He is really good at evaluating, teaching and getting the most out of DB's. If he believes in Roy then I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Still I would prefer Ndukwe over Williams. Ndukwe makes more plays then probably anyone else on our defense. Probably the most since Odell Thurman was around...
