Couple that with the earlier info on him (from Mayock and other draft guys) that he'll never blow you away in individual drills, but get him on the field in a game situation and he'll be a beast. I'll bet he'll fit in nicely around here.
I am not sure what you guys are expecting here? Do you honestly think Urbik WON'T get schooled by our veteran linemen or linebackers? The guy is a rookie going against All-Pros! I would even be disappointed if he is able to stone our #1 pick.....just sayin he was drafted where he was for a reason....

Oooh...Urbik has a good name where you can easily insert "Bust" like "Bustamalu." It isn't quite as easy to incorporate "Bust" into the names of guys like Mendenhall, Sweed, Hood, etc.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

IDK- "Bustenhall" kind of rolls off the tongue pretty well. Let's just hope we never have to use it.

Looks like the Cowboys are too good for college dorms.

            AROUND COWBOYS TRAINING CAMP

            • The scene: The Cowboys don't sleep in college dorms at camp, which returned to San Antonio after being held in Oxnard, Calif., last year. They are housed in the 24-story Grand Hyatt along San Antonio's Riverwalk. They ride in air-conditioned buses to practice inside the air-conditioned Alamodome.

And they sit in their air-conditioned homes by week 2 of the playoffs for the past dozen years straight.

It seems that Urbik might be really overwelmed and suffering from the "paralysis by analysis" syndrome we here of. I thought he would get through it rather quickly with his intelligence. I still feel he will be a solid contributor and even perhaps this year. I have seen players like him before and their comfort level builds in game situations quickly rather than on the practice field under the microscope. Some players play at a different level when it isn't their teammate they are punching in the mouth. A good example was Marvel Smith when he came in and moved to right tackle. He looked pretty average through his first training camp and early preseason. He came on strong later in the preseason and started the opener as a rookie. I won't bury or glorify and of the rookies until I see them in game situations because it works both ways. Remember...Alonzo Jackson looked great in practice but disappeared in preseason games.

same can be said for this that perform well in preseason, but sucked on real game days
