      The problem is FLA is that Doogie protests too much. From my viewpoint, he's the one that won't let it go as refuses to back down from his gossip, resorting to the thinnest of rationales to add credence to his claims & instead insist that there's some sort of compromise of Heath's integrity & religion. This a clear-cut instance where you just need to take your medicine & shut up. Besides in the end, this all that counts - & it comes from Heath himself...

      It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust & sweat & blood...

        Well truthfully, he said his Mom heard it from Heath's Mom. I would say that although Heath's Mom probably doesn't know Heath as well as she thinks she does, he made a comment about not being happy with the Steelers. But he got his payday, which will now make him happy. I bet all of this is truth.

        As far as Ben, yes he wrote some crap on his shoes, but I would guarantee you he doesn't carry the Christian values that some of the more hardcore Christians carry. He is a single 27 year old millionaire NFL QB. I bet he has sex out of wedlock occassionally.

        These guys are real people who makes millions of dollars playing football, and football is a job to them. So believe it or not they might wish they were somewhere else, or they might not be living up to your religious beliefs, but they are still Pittsburgh Steelers, so we will root for them.
