    Batch-Dixon-Leftwich

    What do you guys think will happen between Batch & Dixon in camp. Will Dixon show enough to unseat the veteran for the #2 spot? Would love to see Dixon active on game days so he can be incorporated into some trickeration.

    Also, what do you guys think the odds are that Leftwich is cut by Tampa Bay before the season starts and we would have a shot at re-acquiring him? I am guessing he plays one year for them and they don't pay the roster bonus for 2010 where we could maybe resign him if we want to. Course if Dixon is ready, there wouldn't be much need.

      I sure hope Dixon takes great strides. I'd love for this organization to develop a young QB. Who can come in and be a game changer in Ben goes down. I think I'd have heart palpatations every time Ben gets hit.
      Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.

          It will be good for the team if Dixon wins the backup job. Not sure it happens this year. Tomlin seems like a coach that values vets with experience.
