    I've been arguing with this Chargers fan for awhile now but finally gave up because of idiocy like this:

                  Actually I bowed out of that argument because he kept coming with the "it's the defense" crap and I got sick of it. I made my points. He knows what's what even if he doesn't want to admit it.

                  He predicted wins over the Steelers by the Chargers, Ravens and Cardinals...then after stated that the Steelers had it easy in the playoffs.

                          LOL. I've been arguing with an Eagles fan on their "Around the NFL" forum. A Denver fan asked Eagles fans if they would rather have Ben then McNabb. There were a few that said no, but most are sick of McNabb and stuck up for Ben. The few that wanted McNabb kept saying things that the running game and defense wins for the Steelers. Ben is just a Dilfer type. If the throws the ball more than 30 times he has a losing record thus he can't carry his team when they need him to. LOL.

                              See, those are people who refuse to accept that things change.

                              Besides, what's in a number when it comes to passes? Most 4th quarter comebacks since '04. More than any active QB in the league. What that means is when the Steelers are down late in a game Ben gets it done. And how do you win a game late in the 4th quarter when you're down? Well, by throwing the damn ball!

                                  I think it's funny.
                                  It's as if a fan of an 8-8 team actually thinks their all that. We saw what happens to 8-8 teams once (or twice) when they have to play real Champions.
