Re: What jerseys to get for the kids.

This is funny.....I have a girl (6) and a boy (5). My son had a Hines jersey when he was younger too.

Now, he has another Hines (white) and a Troy (black). My daughter has a Ben (white) because she wanted to match mine.

So, I would go with the Ben and Hines combo because I already have a 5 and 6 year old in those. Plus, I would probably also go with the road jerseys because it looks cuter when they go off to school in them...as mine did today.

Seeing all this jersey talk, I'm gonna have to buy my little girl a new jersey (white). She has only one currently a black Ben Jersey that my wife informs me will still fit her. Hinting to the fact that she doesn't need another one.... of course I'm going to have to buy her a white one and I'm going with a Hines jersey this time.... to match mine. Now the dilemma, how do I get it delivered to my house without the Mrs. finding out?

I vote for the rooks. The kids can grow up with them. A Black 34 for the boy, and a White 14 for the girl.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

If you must know....I get my kids each a Ben jersey for football, also, my oldest has a Crosby jersey and my yougest has a Malkin jersey which sorta fits (not really but he is a little guy, about to turn 2)

My dogs, named Crosby and Malkin, have their respective jersey's as well. Dont ask, I have no idea why on earth I thought this was even a good idea LOL!

I also have 3 cats, their outdoor cats if you must know, and are named O.B. (in honor of the Orange Bowl), Big Ben (yes, he is fat and his name was Ben when we got him from the shelter, ironic) and Heinz (for obvious reasons)

Thought I might share even though its a bit off topic.

not unless they're waaay oversized. at that age, you'll get 2 seaons MAX out of jerseys for kids that age.
