    Playoff Tailgate: Steelers v. Chargers

Hi guys. Anyone going to the game, you are MORE THAN WELCOME to come tailgate with me and my family and friends. I think we'll have the grill going, and beers flowing.

We are going to be in the Burgh by 8 o'clock am. For those of you who don't know, I tailgate on the corner of Reedsdale Ave. and Fontella. Reedsdale actually turns into Fontella. We are in the Mercy Behavioral Health parking lot. It is a long, but skinny lot adjacent to the Mercy building. If you see a ton of construction (casino), you are in the right place. See link.

Bring whatever you'd like to eat or drink or just stop by to say hello. We'll be the ones gambling/playing cornhole, and a great game called shut-the-box. I am driving a white ford escape and it will have a 15 foot flagpole with a old style steelers helmet at the top. PM me for more deatils.

    Go Steelers!

Re: Playoff Tailgate: Steelers v. Chargers

Just like last time, I will be at the game but won't be able to make it to the tailgate. My father is working a night shift Saturday night (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) meaning that he will be getting home from work around 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning (he has a bit of a drive to and from work). I'll pick him up Sunday morning, allow him to sleep for several hours in the car, stop for lunch on the way (I guess it would be breakfast for him), and arrive in Pittsburgh during the 3 o'clock hour somewhere. As long as the lines to get in aren't as bad as the Dallas game (they were pretty good for the Cleveland game), I may be able to meet up with some of you folks on the South Plaza where SN1 hangs his sign. We'll play it by ear based on weather, traffic, etc. If anyone happens to get seats way the heck up in the upper deck end zone bleachers, we are in 525 FF 25-26.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Yeah, come say hey Ruthless. The lines are going to be out of control, they always are for playoff games.

Okay...what other Michael J. Fox movies from the 80's do you have up your sleeve?

                        Light of Day?

                        Secret of My Success?

                        Bright Lights, Big City?

Ruthless, the weird thing is he introduced himself to me, and requested that I call him Doc Hollywood. Now I know why.
