He will be wore out by week 6.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

Let me throw out a few other bright spots:

            - The Steelers have an OLB problem; Herbig is the real deal and is going blow up this season. Problem? How are they going to pay him when it's time?

            - Watts is a player in the secondary. Just what they need next to Fitz.

            - RB room is awfully crowded w potential. If Smith stays run heavy they may need all of these guys to get through the season.

            - Frazier sure doesn't seem like the NFL is too big for him. Don't recall him giving up anything easy by the DL yesterday.

Herbig is the real deal. No issue with him and a big contract if he continues to develop. Both Watt and Highsmith should be near the end of their contracts. Challenge will be finding a second OLB to pair with him

I think Watts has a way to go before we know what we have

We are going to need a deep bench at RB for sure

Frazier did well, but we have nothing behind him with Herbig injured. That is scary.

I believe that Spencer Anderson is next man up. He played 3 positions on the line yesterday and I think did okay for himself, and for his chances of making the 53.

That's exactly who I was thinking of. He is 'adequate' at multiple positions along the line.

Call me crazy, but I want to see what Allen looks like with our 1's. We must remember he was on two of the worst teams in football. ( Carolina and Houston ) . He might be our best passer.

Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

He's not, he has been in the league for 6 years and is fighting for a 3rd string spot. The one year he actually started 12 games he threw 16 INT's. You watched him play just okay in 1 preseason game against 4th and 5th stringers.
