In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

True, but Hines didn't have to shed blocks every play he was on the field. I hope this guy has a standout career with the Steelers but his injury history has to be taken into account.

And OG was certainly random. Did not see that one coming, but love the foresight in case they cannot sign Daniels. Or dont want to?

Could be bust if injury ends his career but.

If he is healthy I predict he winds up the best player of our draft period. I keep watching clips and this guy is not just time fast. He is football fast.

Closing and beating TWO closer teammates to make a play. Catching people from WAY behind. Troy like ability to rocket into the backfield to create a loss.

I think he is faster than he is quick. He has tremendous straight line speed and a nose for holes. He can play mean. I like the guy. But he is no Cooper. With that said, 3b? Yeah I like that value.

Would not shock if he is every bit as good as Shazier if healthy.

while I give Joel a hard time I have to give him credit for being a Wilson fan even though he kept misspelling his name.

His highlights are impressive. Could be our Luke Kuechly if he can make plays behind the LOS.

Hes probably better than Shazier in coverage at the same stage. But the big key phrase is if he can stay healthy. His health is a serious concern. I believe Cooper will be the better linebacker. But he was also taken much earlier. I had a Pro Bowler grade on Cooper and Wilson wasnt far behind him in my evaluations. But Wilson wasnt on my board. I didnt want to invest a second round pick on a guy with shoulder issues and no ACL. But at 3b it’s well worth the risk.

What am I missing on Wilson's health? Missed most of the '21 season with a shoulder, played the other four college seasons. Tested well.

Are people worried about high school injuries?

Despite facing significant adversity, including two ACL tears?one in his final high school year and another as a freshman at NC State?and a shoulder injury in 2021, his resilience has been remarkable. Across his college career, he's been a formidable presence on the field, evidenced by over 80 tackles and 10 tackles for loss in both 2020 and 2022, and a dominant 2023 season with 138 tackles, 17.5 TFLs, six sacks, and three interceptions, leading to him being named the ACC Defensive Player of the Year and winning the Bednarik Award in 2023.

Ditto. They are very similar players

2021 is ancient history, two clean years since. He's a late 3rd round pick, people wanted this guy in the first, some suggested trading up for him.

The Cincinnati Bengals looked for an offensive tackle who could shield franchise quarterback Joe Burrow's blindside, in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

There is a reason a guy at that size, speed and overall talent fell to 3b. Do you think it was based on his measurables or film? No. It was purely based on his medical. Im glad you and the peanut gallery are not remotely concerned about it but apparently 32 NFL teams and their physicians are. Botched shoulder surgery and missing a ACL is why he fell. That typically doesnt correlate with longevity. Thats why no team invested a premium pick for him. But hey Windy says hes good to go! And O is right behind him slamming any member who ever has a concern. Personally at 3b I have zero concerns. Well worth the risk. Lloyd played his entire career without ann ACL. He was drafted in the 6th for a reason. im happy the Steelers took the shot at 3b. But he was being talked about in the late first early second. There? No way would I have drafted him there.
