He hired Parcells. Literally the power hungry egotistical gotta be coach AND GM template for BB who was his mentor.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

    TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

I say if I had to bet on ONE TEAM yeah, it would be the Cowboys.

Dallas is the opposite of us after he made ONE good hire in young Jimmy Johnson.

It is where old coaches go to DIE.

That?s a good weekend. No matter what else happens.
Can't agree. If the Steelers lose, it's a bad weekend. Period.

If you're BB and you're looking to go somewhere to get wins and maybe even compete for a SB to show that you can win without TB, Dallas might be a good option.

It's in the NFC, which appears to be weaker to much weaker than the AFC.
They have one of the better QBs in the conference already in place.
Team is pretty good already, so no big rebuild required.

This is a really good point. While I mocked it this is kind of an
ideal fit for a team needing a quick fix tweak to contend for a ring.

I think Belichick will want to stay on the east coast, it's where he's always coached and he's now 71, I don't see him moving across country to coach a team at this point or even to Dallas. It would be kind of funny if he did coach Dallas though since that's where Parcells ended up before finally retiring from coaching. Rumor is Belichick was asking about Carolina which would be a bad move lol. Nightmare owner too, at his age I just don't see the point unless he just wants to keep coaching regardless of competitiveness.

No way on earth those two egos can coexist in the same building. Jerrah likes to run things. Belichick won't take a back seat. Plus Dallas is strapped with a top franchise QB salary, something that BB has never had to deal with when putting a roster together.

Billicheat taking Dallas back to the promise land would be epic for a storyline.

                  Same with Washington.

                    That might be true.

But the thing about big egos is that they believe they can do anything.

I just don't see BB going to a team that doesn't have an established QB already. He's old enough that going into a rebuild probably doesn't make sense.

You've got to think that he wants most wins by a HC in NFL history.

Shula has 328 and BB has 302.

So he needs 26 wins. And he's 71. Probably wants to do it in 2, maybe 3 years.
