People have tried to say Allen was the best QB in the NFL. He is not. Dude is one of the most important to his team because he usually leads the team on the ground as well as the air. He cam make some sick throws.. but he also makes some incredibly stupid decisions when he goes hero ball.

We can’t drop the almost INT’s if he is serving them up. Even when inside the GL he is probe to take chances he shouldn’t and we must capitalize if given the opportunity.

Their D is totally a strength.
That?s the problem with just using stats. That was a mistake made by a member who shall not be named or acknowledged. I think this Steelers D when healthy is one of the best Ds we?ve had in many years. But the numbers didnt really show that. The Bills are overrated. Trust me they can be scored on.

I saw the forecast and KC is going to have horrible weather Saturday night. A miserable night, freezing cold and very windy. Give me a power run game over a passing offense in that game.

I mean, you can keep saying it, but their ANY/A is still 5th despite losing White and Milano for the year. It's going to be very difficult to move the ball and score on them.

I agree, they just held Miami's high powered offense to only 14 points on the road in perfect weather conditions.

their defense is going to be even tougher at home in the wind and snow.

Here's the other thing, these are the QBs the Steelers have faced over the last 8 weeks:

Huntley, Geno, Browning, Minshew, Zappe, Murray, Browning, DTR

                And the Bills:

Tua, Zappe, Stick, Dak, Mahomes, Hurts, Z. Wilson, R. Wilson

I think we'll pretty early on in that regard. If Steelers come out and can run the ball like the team has been doing the past month or so then it's game on but if the Bills shut that down or slow it down significantly I think we could be in for a long afternoon. I don't see an offense that will make much in the way of adjustments if that doesn't work. I think that's pretty much what the game will come down to because the Steelers are not going to win in a shootout and if the Steelers can't control the clock and move down the field by running it then that's probably game.

Nah Shawn I agree with Windy.

Stats aren’t everything but he used those “counting stats” effectively to make a great point.

During this wild, unpredictable season, the Pittsburgh Steelers at one point were down to their fourth and fifth inside linebackers and fifth and sixth safeties as starters. No fewer than four players who spent time out of football earlier this fall have played prominent roles on the defense, two of

Allen is a playmaker. Full stop. He takes chances just like any great QB. He makes up for his mistakes more often than not.

Yeah, you don't want to turn him into Kirk Cousins. Live and die by the sword.

But I agree with comments about Allen being streaky and interception prone when playing poorly is our greatest chance.
Rudolph may not have Allen's arm (not sure there's another QB with the arm of Allen) but Rudolph can rip it when he needs it, see the strike to DJ in the rain, cold and wind. He's got plenty of arm to battle the weather.
