P King: The Steelers Next OC

Threw up a name during an interview on The Fan; Klint Kubiak, currently Niners passing game coordinator. Was OC for the Vikes for one season under Zimmer in '21. The entire staff was fired after that season.

I would think he would get better offers if he was a hot commodity.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

Honestly would not be opposed to that. It was the QB he couldn't get along with but I would think Pickett would be open to new thinking.

I will throw out another name.

Brian Griese QB coach SF 49ers

And another from BC- Rob Chudzinski

Chudzinski’s NFL offenses ranked in the top-10 three times in total yards with Cleveland (2007, 8th), Carolina (2011, 7th) and Indianapolis (2016, 10th). Those same offenses were top 10 in points; Cleveland (8th), Carolina (5th), Indianapolis (8th).

What would be a better offer than a stable franchise who gives time to succeed and doesn't pay attention to idiotic fans wanting changes at the first sign of adversity.

I could go for that move, we have become a Big 10 offense in the NFL. Time to modernize it.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

A team with a HC that lets you do your job but after the HC fails, uses you as the scapegoat.
A team where the HC develops assistants and they are a wanted commodity to other nfl teams.
Plenty of teams have clueless fans that will blindly support them, not just Steeler fans.
