Now what Jones is starting the Offensive line is better.

That was our best offensive line play in a long, long time. Jones is likely our best OL player on the team, or very close to becoming it. He is great on the move and clearing out lanes. Even Cole played well.

We have officially found something in Warren. The Steelers are starting to call the right plays for him taking advantage of his speed, quickness, and good contact balance. It was his first 100 yard yard rushing performance of his career.

I would give him that ball 65 percents of the rushing plays. Harris played well yesterday too, but Warren deserves the majority of the snaps. He is now averaging over 5 yards a carry for the season.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Agree on Jones and the OL play

Won't quarrel about the precise division of labor between Harris and Warren, but I think it's good to have a true 2-back rotation, work them both a lot

Nice to see the running game getting some traction

when you rush for over 200 yards and both score on the ground no one should really care.

I love the change of pace.

They are a great 1-2 punch. Najee wears them down, Warren comes in with fresh legs.

You only care of the division of labor if you have an agenda.

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

Well then don't you comment on who should start, or who we should draft in round one or two because if you do, I think you might have an agenda about the team.

It's nice to have a running game now. Regardless. It's been effective the last couple of games. That takes some pressure off of KP. But now it's time to see more out of KP. He needs to elevate his personal play.

Correct, you have to run the ball in the AFC North when the weather turns. Not all teams play in So-Cal.

Thank you, Chuck!! We are moving it on the ground. Regardless of how effective we are against the Browns this coming week; we need to continue to run it. I saw that explosive run that Mitchell had against the Browns and I couldn't help but think that Warren could gash that Browns defense the same way if given enough opportunities. I think that type of runningback is effective against the Browns and I want us to exploit that.

I think it is good Jones was held out earlier in the season. A lot of rookies wear down over the course of a 17-20 game NFL season. He will be fresher coming down the stretch. same with JP2.

as far as RBs still has not changed. glad both are doing well as both are Steelers

This is how it should have been with Bell & Blount.

He played when he was ready to play and that is why we see the positive outcomes.

Some want to ignore the fact that the organization see these guys every day...good and bad. They know who is missing assignment and who hasn't caught on to techniques. Jones is a better player because they didn't throw him in the deep end too early.

The problem with Blount was he was too interested in blunts. When he was caught with Bell that sealed his fate.

Jones has made the best appearance of any Steeler Olinemen since Faneca. Perhaps it's just coincidence but I think not. Jones can move run and clear out people. Like Faneca he can clear out anybody in his way.
