    3rd Downs

Is it just me, or does anyone else have almost zero confidence on third downs? Both sides of the ball. Regardless of the down and distance I feel there is about a 25% chance of converting on offense or stopping the opposing team on defense. The offense struggles to convert any third down regardless of the yards to go and the defense cannot get off the field unless they are getting a turnover or the other team has already moved into field goal range. This team is just terrible on those "weighty" downs.

I feel better about our chances on 3rd and short on defense and third and longer that 2 on offense.

Yep, the Swiss cheese defense on third and long amazes me. Mainly the secondary who consistently have blown coverage time after time

secondary is BAD. If we aren’t getting pressure these dudes are getting torched.

On offense I have no confidence on any down unless it's hurry up -- it's a high school offense and you can tell the players don't believe in it, they're playing half speed.

Without pressure the defense is a bad one, no other way to slice it.

Just not a good team, 4-2 was a mirage borne of good fortune and a couple of splash plays.

It’s a combination of KP not being what we need and the O-line still being
sub par. We Can’t blame Canada today. It wasn’t his fault. It was glaringly KP’s fault today. And Mitch being Mitch later.

Mitch staring down a receiver and still throwing into triple coverage is inexcusable.
