Kevin Dotson is a star in LA

Further proof that the Steelers have one of the worst coaching staffs in the league. Guys like Seaumalo, Daniels, and Cole come to Pittsburgh and get worse.

    JFC, this is getting depressing.

The Los Angeles Rams made a cutdown deadline deal to pick up Pittsburgh Steelers OG Kevin Dotson. The writing was on the wall, and it was the team's

He has a 85.3 PFF grade. Good lord he was lucky if he got above 60 with the Steelers.

But wait...I thought it was all about player execution and not ever about scheme/technique?

Played against the 23rd, 16th, and 27th ranked defenses.

        Seumalo played against the 1st, 5th, 19th, 9th, and 5th ranked defenses.

(PFF doesn't adjust for opponents. Playing against Bosa is the same as playing against Spillane)

And what about Dotson's first two years in Pittsburgh? Surely he didn't face top D's every week for two years. What he DID face were defenses who knew every play the Steelers were going to run.

Also, I'm hearing Dotson is playing RG like he did in college. The Steelers painted the barn blue with red paint.

          Dopes.

And now a practice report has surfaced saying Dan Moore is back at LT in practice taking first team reps. Per 93.7 The Fan.

Are the Steelers low key tanking?

Most games boil down to player execution regardless of schemes.

The 49ners loss to the Browns. The Eagle loss to the Jets. There were more player mistakes in those losses than coaching mistakes.

Coaches coach but players win games.

Yeah, Moore just learned how to play G in LA, and Seaumalo, Cole, and Daniels all forgot how when they arrived in Pittsburgh.

It's sad how you lie to yourself because you're so afraid to criticize The Organization.

I said from the day they moved him to the left side they needed to get him back on the right. He played well FOR US as a rookie on the right side.

Gotta side with you here. I’m in IDAHO and could see Dotson was WAY MORE comfortable on the right side.

Coaching fail. And yes, I have noticed lineman have been worse here than elsewhere.

You forget, Dotson looked like he had a REALLY GOOD FUTURE as a rookie. He WAS playing right guard nicely.

Moving him to the left in year 2 was the mistake. And yes that is on the coaches.

You are so wrong. It's not sad for me. The Steelers are an all time winning team in the SB era.

What is sad is that you come onto a Steelers message board and pretend to be a Steelers fan. You can't........

Some players are far better at executing than others. A Watt is better than a Spillane. Teams with better talent should win more than team with worser talent.
