Among the changes to the schedule this season:


🏈NFL will have a Black Friday game for the first time ever.


🏈Games don?t necessarily ?belong? to networks anymore. All games are free agents.


🏈Teams can be on Thursday Night Football twice.


🏈Not all teams are guaranteed to have a primetime spot.

I remeber way back when I cared about the whole NFL. Knowadays I just watch Steeler games. Steelers play on black Friday? I watch. If not, I will probs just go fishing

It's about the same for me....Use to be a huge NFL Fan
...now I'm a Steeler Fan but after Thanksgiving I start paying more attention to the entire league

What are the games times? Or are they TBA and open to flexing? At least we have the dates and opponents.

But I do like the idea of a Friday game in Thanksgiving.

Heck, I'd prefer if they made all Thursday games Friday games (although I know it conflicts with HS football). Thursday games are generally stupid (outside of Thanksgiving)

btw, the NFL really knows how to market itself. Actually making an 'event' out of the schedule release....

The scuttle on the street is that the schedule release is taking so long because Amazon is pushing hard to get all the premium games, leaving out the networks. We'll find out in a few hours whether Steeler fans will need to buy the ticket.....(or maybe just go fishing for the day )
