Gerry paints it black & white: His "personal" issues had nothing to do with his family or health, so what were they? It smells like some bull shlt to me. If you label it as "personal" issues, it makes everyone back off from asking further questions. So I wonder what he was up to that made him go there? Totally smells of bull shlt for sure.

This better not be Tomlin using "personal matter" to back off the press from asking him questions about Canada. He's not above doing something like that. This is the guy who walked on to the field to stop the opposing team from returning a kickoff/punt for a touchdown and then tried to pretend it was an accident.

Not only does he have "zilch" coaches from his tree, there is nothing to say he ever will, because he only chooses guys who do him favors and guys willing to take the least pay. On top of that, he really does nothing to pass on to make great coaches. What? Nepotism, good ole boys favors? What's he have to teach other coaches? How to fool everyone? Nothing that really adds to make a great coach.

If you really think Tomlin sets his coaches pay then you really don't know how teams are run. You need to point the finger at the GM and owner.

I agree with this 100%. Most fans know Tomlin's strengths and weaknesses by now. But it doesn't change how Rooney feels about him. And repeatedly whining about it is tiresome.

while the last 41 game record is true.. its one of those stats that kinda cherry pick timelines.

Pretty sure this record excludes the 11 straight wins in 2020 and starts right after.

Its like the Cowher 11 points stats. If you used 10 points it would tell a different story.

Same with Watt’s record when playing less than 50% of snaps. If you used all the games he played in the stat wouldn’t be as impressive because he left a few games early that ended in losses.

its beyond tiresome. Its killing the board and driving off good posters. Of course people like winning but to have every post turn into a Tomlin whine fest is sad as hell. Get better material!!!
