I acknowledge Kenny had a bad day, but on this play the design sucked. Warren would have to avoid 3 tacklers coming downhill had Kenny turned and thrown to him. Life is complicated, you can't blame every single bad play on Kenny just to keep your narrative alive.

To dizz, yeah, they're 10 yards away, how fast would have have closed if Kenny turned to look at him, and then waited for him to clear the line before throwing?
