“Throw the effing ball, the quick game SUCKS!!!”

Kenny was seen screaming this at Tomli… errrr OH WAIT!!!

It was Mac Jones with a profanity laced tirade on the New England sideline last night.

Insert evil sinister laugh. Is this the beginning of Billicheat losing the team?

Patriots quarterback Mac Jones said his frustrations over the team's offensive struggles Thursday night led to his outburst on the sideline, but said he wasn't directing it at anyone in particular.

I think it's the beginning of Matt Patricia losing his job as OC. hahahaha. Hoody made a major blunder in having a supposed defensive guru turned into your offensive coordinator. It has been a disaster move and there will indeed be a shake up of that in the off-season.

It's a clear case of "The emperor has no clothes." https://www.bookbrowse.com/expressio...has-no-clothes

No one dare call Hoodie crazy for his "unorthodox" hiring of a defensive coach to run his offense. Hoodie thinks his sh-t don't stink, and he can do no wrong. He is comfortable with Patricia as coach, he needed an OC so he went with MP thinking he would do fine. Well, his entire coaching career was on defense, why would he be so competent at coaching offense? He wouldn't be, and he isn't. Someone should have sat Hoodie down and told him to get a real OC in there, but "The emperor had no clothes."

Seems like Billicheat has no faith in Mac Jones.

Even more frustrating that we couldn’t beat NE. They aren’t that good.. I feel like if we played today our chances of winning would be much higher.

sports radio was dumping all over NE a few minutes ago on my lunch break.

Of course they dumped on us in the process.. lol.

“The defense **** down some bad offenses, big deal.. they were blown out by good offenses”

          Wow.. sounds familiar.

They also talked about life after a Hofer being hard but I feel much better about Kenny than Mac Jones.

It looks like the consensus about Mac Jones before the draft seems to be true: most pro-ready but with the lowest ceilings of that draft. He did come in and lead the Pats to the playoffs as a rookie QB, pretty impressive. But how much has he grown since? His QBR has actually dropped 5 points from last year to 2022. That could be attributed to having a D coach as your OC. He does seem more promising than Trey Lance and Wilson taken much higher than him, with Justin Fields still a wait and see QB. I'd probably take Lawrence ahead of him right now.

ball placement was his best attribute but he is no longer in college with the best players mostly on his team.

Kind of wild to see him struggling the most out of Tua and Hurts but Hurts did have a year with Lincoln Riley.

Billicheat though, the audacity to think you can let Matt Patricia call plays is a crime against sports humanity.

Putting a CB in on offense who then ran about 50 yds on a flat pass was a pretty neat play call. Dude was fast.

Maybe it's perception bias but watching BUF players on offense was a sharp contrast to the Steelers. Everyone of them was fast and ran straight to the down marker. No dancing, no backward YAC.

Billy Boy has no weapons and a mouthy QB, I doubt they make the playoffs! It would not surprise me if Jones is off the team next year.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

                        Hmmmm.

If Alabama's QB and RB is off the board, I'm okay with Humphrey

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:
