Future NFL Coaches; Steelers Snubbed

Tom Peliserro just published his list of 100 young, rising coaching stars in the NFL taken from the ranks of team assistants, coordinators, and position coaches, and even some college coaches that are possible leaps to the pros.

Sadly, not a single Steeler staff member is on the list. None. Regardless how you might feel about coaching trees, it's not a very good look for the org in general. They are the only team in the NFL without a candidate.

They give Kenny a cubicle to study film and surround him with clowns for coaches, huge disconnect. Org needs to take offense seriously or they're going to be left behind.

we have certainly had assistants go on to be head coaches - arians was the most recent. We have also had former HC's become assistant such as Haley and as mentioned above, Flores.

But I have noticed under Tomlin's leadership, the Steelers aren't a place owners are looking when they want something refreshing and innovative.

They hate 'im 'cause they ain't 'im... Most owners are jealous of the whole Steelers 3 coaches in 60 years... Watchin' a former player, now coach (Vrabel...) impressive...
