Najee started.. but its not important who starts IMO. Its who gets more plays and who finishes.

Both played well but one thing I have to point out is Warren looked just like Najee on inside runs yesterday. That isn’t his game unless its short yardage. Get him in space and he can make things happen.

Who cares about YPA when you are discussing Warren vs Najee, Warren was getting like 3 or 4 carries per game in very different situations.

How have you seen enough to know Warren is a better pass catcher, Warren has 15 catches total on the season and we have played 9 games, Najee had 74 catches last season and he has 24 this season.

Regarding offense; heard the other day that defenses are having a very hard time against two back sets this season. Seems most of the league has focused on defending against the RPO but been very vulnerable against two backs. Is it time to bring back the FB? Maybe a split backfield with Warren and Harris? Get creative Canada! More and better running will do wonders for KP too. I like some of what Harris did yesterday with planting his foot and running down hill. Somebody finally got into his head about the dancing (or maybe they rolled the tape in the team mtg on his failed 3rd down last week).
When the offense doesnt go 3 & out constantly it's easier for the D to have a good game.

So Najee was told during the week his playing time might go down & he might not start. Result he plays super angry & has a great game. Sucks you have to self motivate Najee. Chuck Noll said he wouldn't keep players that didn't have high self motivation.

or Najee had 2 weeks to rest his foot and we played the Saints?

nah… a made up story sounds so much better.

A little bit of truth in both probably. There's no mistake though, he definitely ran 'different' in this game.
