Well, none of us knew what to expect as Khan became our GM. But the trading of Claypool was a great move and a move I don't think Colbert would have done.
This move makes me very hopeful for some common sense things being done down the line. I"m glad to see we now have a GM who is showing glimmers of knowing
how things are done in the new millennium of football. I"m looking to this as sign of more good things to come in the off-season.
Don't get me wrong; Colbert was a great GM for us but the last few years he was doing things that made little to no sense whatsoever. Like basement shopping for starting
offensive linemen; passing on the best center in the draft (league) (humpries) for a TE; and not addressing the D-line either. It was time for a change.
Mr. Khan, you've got some of us excited and hopeful. Thanks.
