How old is the Canada schtick?? Look at DC Austin... It's more of an ACTUAL certainty that the Steeler D will lose a "meaningful" (3rd and 0ver 5 yards, or 4th and anything...) against "Tompa Bay..." The DC needs to be held accountable...

The #Steelers secondary is very banged up as they ruled out S Minkah Fitzpatrick, CB Cam Sutton, CB Ahkello Witherspoon and CB Levi Wallace for Sunday vs. Tom Brady and the #Bucs. TE Pat Freiermuth is also out.

Maybe Diontae can move over there this week. He reminds me of Ike Taylor when he tries to catch the ball.

Let's see. Take away the first, third, and fourth best players on offense and let's see how they do in a game. Asking a DC to turn practice squadders into a shutdown defense against Brady seems a bit much. In fact, when is the last time Steelers starters shut down Brady?

In the "unreal world" of expectations a coach should simply be able to scheme to stop and win vs every team.

I think that Tomlin's philosophy heading into this season was to play good defense until the offense could grow into a more productive unit. The Steelers failed to make up for Watt's play making ability (no surprise). Maybe the Steelers would had won one or two more games with Watt? They probably would had still gotten blown out by the Bills with Watt.

At the end of the day players win in the NFL. Coaches teach, guide, call plays, and it's up to players to execute. Execution is where most games are generally won or loss. Sorry if this is my staple stance but it's a fact.

The Steelers will be missing 5 defensive starters. The Steelers have one of the youngest offensive teams in the NFL with a rookie QB.

What changes would you suggest considering those factors?

What schemes would you dial up coach that would be winnable on both sides of the ball without key players? Share your "winnable game" knowledge with the Steelers and the rest of us?

Bench Najee and Claypool, run something other than the 6 or 7 predictable plays they run on offense, dial up pressure against the statuesque Brady, Bench Bush...for starters.

Tomlin said they just need to "keep grinding". He thinks what they're doing is sound. He is wrong.

Every team has injuries, some play through them better than others. The Bills were missing their entire starting secondary last week along with others, allowed 3 points.

I truly enjoyed watching him get roughed up in this game. And the refs stayed hands-off on the day.

Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

I got our offensive total right, I just severely understimated what our defense could/would do
