It was interesting how TB was playing the kickoff game. They were kicking it high and short of the goal line, forcing a return instead of playing for the touchback.

I've been suggesting this since the NFL moved the starting touchback line to the 25....

Yea, why is that? Why does this team always "take too long" to replace players when it is obvious to the rest of us? Maybe Cool Shades sunglasses are too dark; he is missing obvious things.

However, in this case I do believe Gunners fumble on preseason wasn’t something to shrug off because he was trying for more yards.

I do wonder if Sims also had a fumble or 2 in preseason. I can’t remember.

They did say he was hit by a football in the eye in pregame and some thought it was a bogus story but it was confirmed a week later.

Just glad we still have 11 more games for him to contribute.

The delay was because Gunner costed more and was a FA pick up; team is slow to admit misses on moves that cost $. Period. Also slow to admit draft pick are being outplayed, like Dotson, who flat out blows.
