OT: Everyone have Amazon Prime for tonight's game?

No NFL Network simulcast tonight, the game is being shown exclusively on a paid streaming service. I already have it, so I'm OK, but I don't like the idea. Apple TV will be next, then Paramount+, then Showtime, and on and on.

I'm not paying for anymore streaming services. If your show isn't on something I already pay for, I won't watch it, and that includes the Steelers.

Will be interesting to see if the stream can keep up with the live tweets of people at the game.

I’m not thrilled about it but I’ll likely need Apple TV to keep getting Sunday Ticket next season. That pretty much the only streaming service that we currently don’t have.

      I’m good for tonight though.

Nope don't have it, won't have it and I can live without a Thursday night game. Only way to stop the insanity would be everyone to say we can live without football if streaming. I am not deluded to believe that will ever happen, but for me personally, I won't support the machine that as one poster said is born of greed.

I can workout at the gym or play tennis during that timeframe.

Probably the only games I’ll get to see this season are Thursday night game.

I've been told Amazon Prime has given Directv a satellite channel for their games, BUT only for directv business accounts aka sports bars. Channel 9526

I have prime.. after swearing I would never get it.

I actually preferred if they had these games on streaming sites you could buy each month and then dump them once the season is over.

I’m a streaming junky tho. I love the option of stopping at any given time once I finish a show or series.

CBS sucks over air so I have Paramount+ for College and NFL games. Then cancel once they are over. Actually, I keep it now because they have great selections for kids shows.. lol.

I have Prime and I'm with you on this. When they start dealing games out across the spectrum then I guess I'll get only what's already on my plate. Plus my dvr is taken out of the picture with the streaming and its playback and slow mo features are just better.

If you stream download the Kodi app, then The Crew. Every game is available plus a ton of cool stuff.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

                        I don't have Prime.

I hate the subscription service model in general and I do my best not to have more than one video service at a time. Maybe I'll get Prime in the future, but I don't like the idea of incentivizing having games available on different paid streaming services like this.

All the + services are a rip off. The networks pay a lot of money to broadcast games. At some point CBS, FOX, NBC, ect will probably charge fans to watch games on the + services.

You know who's going to make out? The sports bars.

I like Prime because it's a pain to drive to various stores in and around the city, and the free shipping covers the cost of the membership with as much as we buy.
