Every player needs to execute. There are also other things to consider. When you have a QB that has trust issues with his Oline he's going to be a bit gun shy. They just let a free rusher run at him in the end zone.

I say give him time because there is a "human element" to the game. Don't worry Bro Pickett is going to have his chance at some point.
