    4 solid OLmen still available

Despite multiple signings in the offseason, the woes of the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line remain. There are only two preseason games left to get things in order, and the Steelers might need to consider bringing some players in to see if they can improve the si

At least these guys have NFL experience. The last 2 OL signings were guys who could not make it past multiple other team’s practice squad. I’d gladly take that over what they went with.

Zach Banner is one of the 4 "solid" OL listed.

I'm sure he would solve our problems at OT, what are we waiting for?

"Solid" NFL players are hard to come by. I'd have a better chance of making the Navy Seals than becoming a solid NFL player.
Are "solid" NFL players better than what teams have now or the potential that players exhibit? There is also the salary cap and financial implications short or long term to consider.

Just maybe some of the "solid" NFL players are looking for their last highest possibly pay days? Some fans seems to believe that player want to play for the Steelers for peanuts. Maybe the Steelers reached out to all those players and decided NO because those players asked for to much money or long term deals vs the alternative?

i've been thinking Eric and Ereck.... all along... they're long in the tooth, both coming off injuries, but can't be any worse than what we've got at the moment... and should be cheap

well, we released Banner and kept our current scrubs over him so I would say yes.

he was always injured, he ended up only playing 5 offensive snaps for us in 2021.

Zach's willing and has attitude. The Steelers were caught NOT noticing DeCastro's injury. Pain Management is mental and is case by case in every instance. Any MD can vouch for this
