Isn't that a common ploy, and one Kevin Colbert excelled at employing?? A team "Huck Finn's" another team into "stealing" a player away so that team gets off the player they really want to draft...

My guess is that it's more that we're pretty in tune with what the team's needs are, so it's pretty clear to us when we like a guy.
