I always tell the young men that I mentor, "you're not an animal, I'm going to free you from that cage." Now this statement is very clever and perfectly defines the essence of rookies entering the NFL, who are dirt poor, one step away from prison and a life with no responsibility or proper moral character. The only thing most of these young men care about is money. That is their sole motivation. I'm telling you when you're in the hood that first million dollars is a trip to them. A ride full of the hottest babes, drugs, alcohol, parties and cool sh** like fast cars, jewelry, guns and hip clothing.

That is the problem with Mike Tomlin. He doesn't know how to free the animals from the cages. In other words he's not a mentor, he's an enabler of wild animals. As a coach you have to navigate the rough seas and not tolerate those animals who don't want to be tamed. If he had of done this early in the careers of Martavis Bryant, Antonio Brown, and now Chase Claypool, the locker room would ooze of professionalism, instead of a clown show.

This is what our beloved Steelers need to dominate the NFL once again. A highly successful mentor like I am with multiple state championships on my resume, and not a buddy leading young minds down the wrong path. Cheers.
