why would he have the same problem in Cleveland?

Is it the helmet? The franchise?

I would say the same thing if it was the Browns. They are another franchise that struggles to evaluate talent when drafting QB’s high.

I think Mitch would have a problem in the NFL no matter where he was drafted.

Jim Miller, Tomczak, and Kordell all played for the Bears as well and if you know their pathetic history with developing QB’s those 3 are probably still in their top 10 franchise QB’s of all time.

Going by yardage for Bears QBs all-time you get:

Tomczak - 12th
Miller - 16th
Kordell - 39th

And who is 5th? Yes, Mitchell Trubisky is a top 5 Bears all time QB.
