The OL line was weak all together last year, so obviously influenced his play. But he and the OL does need to get better at run blocking.
    3) That deal is cheap considering next years cap is going to skyrocket and just watch what an average OT makes.
There are a lot of people who feel exactly like you do in regards to PFF. I don't happen to one of them. I find it a useful tool for my purposes, It is especially great when you subscribe to it and it breaks down the grades based on attributes such as pass blocking, run blocking, rush defense, coverage etc. This is good information if you're not overly familiar with a player.

The grading system is quirky but brilliant in a way, because it grades every player on every single down even if that player wasn't directly involved in the play. It's the little things away from the play which can be just as valuable to learn about a player. Many NFL teams use these type of services as well, so there's that.

That's okay. Crows get a bad rap and aren't tasty anyway. Now Lemmings are something I haven't tried : ) No worries, way to man up on a honest mistake. Watt fans can relax now that he is fairly rated.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

I believe I saw that PFF does not grade players on plays that happen too quickly because that skews the numbers - such as if Ben throws within two seconds, unlikely that a lineman can give up penetration that quickly so they won't be graded. The problem with that for the lineman is that probably about half of their plays don't grade so when Chuks, or any Steeler lineman gets flagged, the negative grade is twice as much.

I think that in most instances PFF grading is a decent representation of where a player stands - if a player is graded high then he is probably pretty good, if he grades low then he likely is not - but I think that there are too many other factors to think that it is reliable.

So, you're comparing a rookie to a 3rd year player? Unfair and Moore played LT as a rookie which as you know is harder. The Steelers moved Chucks to RT. Chucks deal is not " cheap " Unless your think 30 million for 3 years is cheap. Stop defending Chucks. He is not a rookie and played plenty of games. After three years paying we know with his max is 1 ) low 2 ) he is overpaid revenant to his talent. He's not an average tackle so I don't compare him to one. Like Pff I view him as one of the worst starting tackles in football. Who else was bidding him again? His agent likely robbed us.
