Question on the Rooney rule.

So here is the post. I'm confused as Kahn was never considered as a GM until recently and Saleh is multi racial, aka, part white and was recently hired. The rule has been there for years. My point that clear cut minorities other than Blacks were not considered including Asian, Latino Americans who look Latino, American Indians, Arab Americans, Jewish Americans and women have never been hired under the Rooney rule for head coach.

Where do you see that Saleh is part white? All of his bio says hes Lebanese, he even speaks Arabic.

It helps if:
1. You have some background in football.
2. Apply to actually pursue a coaching career.

Name the Asian and Arab Americans being denied coaching opportunities.

Name names.

If we dont have a Transgendered Biracial Jewish Asian head coach by now then obviously the rule is a failure and should be eliminated.
