Mike Tomlin, three .500 seasons and three nine win seasons.

Forget the fact that he never had a losing record. With the talent he had and the historical placement of the division rivals going .500 with a prime Ben and the teams around him is an epic fail. Going 9-7 with his talent is a failure multiple times. We played the Bengals and Browns 4 x a year the last 15 years. That's 60 games. Take them away, and his record is not much better than .500 and we probably have 2-4 losing seasons. And then what hurts the most is the playoffs. Hasn't won a playoff game since 2016...thats 6 years ago. I'm sorry this is why he should be fired. We aren't likely to make the playoffs this year and if we do, chances are he will add to his losing playoff record. Sue me, as a Steeler fan my exceptions are higher
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Too much is put into he never had a losing season. Everyone on the Steelers hasn't either. Everyone, including the Dri Archers and Chris Rainey types. The true win-loss record is in the playoffs. Those are the games you remember.

Steel Maniac thinks we are favored to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl like we usually are every year

lmao, but it is a time based prediction.

I think the people who post most about this on here are the people that want Tomlin gone.

They talk about it like it's an argument that people use a lot.

Like the idea that people always post that all of our picks are the "steal of the draft".

Maybe lots of people talk about this elsewhere, but I don't think people use this stat to defend Tomlin too much around here.

Ultimately, you are what your record says you are. So those 8 and 9 win teams were 8 and 9 win teams.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

                        "Tomlin got to go."

                        "All failures are on Tomlin."

                        "Tomlin wasted Ben's career."

Whatever...the only thing that matters is most fans stand with Tomlin and more importantly the Rooney's stand with Tomlin. So keep repeating your nonsense and you're going to continue to not get what you want.

BTW...if Tomlin's record of no losing seasons is so meaningless...name the other coaches that can tout better records.
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

Nah I'm not into forgetting "facts" to make an argument.
Use ALL the facts not just cherry picking ones to fit a narrative.

9-7? I knew Tomlin was a failure when the Steelers were a measly 8-8 in 2006 with Ben AND ALL OF Cowher's players in their prime.

We should have fired him then.

Tomlin would be a much better coach if he wasn't so darn stubborn about only drafting players from Virginia and Maryland.
