Rappers want to be athletes and athletes want to be rappers.

This sounds decent but I hate this autotune mess. Bring back that boom bap please.

No one is touching Arian Fosters music tho.
Bobby Feeno is probably the best of all the athletes who make music.

Have you ever heard Dame Lillard (Dame Dolla) spit? He may be the best athlete / rapper I have heard. He is definitely dope.

That GOAT Spirit track with Ralpheal Saadiq is the truth. Wasn’t feeling some of the other stuff. I’m not into trap beats tho, I like more melodic samples.

when Edmunds performs a concert, Tomlin is going to be on-stage dancing and blowing kisses to the crowd.

                          damn straight..

I’m a backpacker from the golden era.

I’m officially washed when it comes to these young rappers. Trapped in the 90’s!!!

I played BDP this morning to wake my kids up for school. Yesterday it was Tribe Called Quest.

Yeah GOAT spirit is fire. I am not into trap at all... I am much more Boom Bap... Most of the stuff I heard from Dame was freestyles and appearances on Sway in the morning. Just really dug his flow, and vocab.. it wasnt redundant like most new school cats.

                              my dawg!

To me, mid 80's - mid 90's was the golden era of rap (starting somewhere around Raising hell with Run-DMC and ending somewhere around 2pac's Makaveli)... There have been a handful of artists that capture that energy. My son says "today's rap" is about a nice beat and it doesn't matter what you're saying.
