Taco just didnt seem explosive to me.. he appeared to lack the "Twitch" and upper body strength" to be a contributor getting a rush.. or at least setting an edge.

Funny because "explosive" is how I usually feel after a couple of Tacos.
As for the player, I'd say he was a fine backup. Nothing more, nothing less. Wouldn't have been upset if he returned, not upset he left.
The biggest question is how did anyone rate this guy above TJ ever?

I would agree with this. From what I saw of him he just didn't seem to have that "top-gear".
