Started in a different thread, let's round it out with all of the Steeler external signings. Here are last year's PFF grades of the guys signed vs. the guys they replaced. How much did this team improve?

So why do teams employ scouts and talent evaluators if all they have to do is check with PFF? How stupid are these teams?
