they didn't even MENTION terms... means he signed for peanuts and "backup/role player" money again... smart move.

Agreed, no problem with a move like that. A team always needs a few reliable vet backup / role players to fill out a roster.

I agree also.

although Maulet is a liability when he's on the field in pass coverage because he's slow.

I don't mind having him on the team for a depth role, but as a starter, he's a liablility. Decent in run support, but opponents find & pick on him in the passing game.

We need a better slot cover guy in front of him, IMO.
