    Food staples for AFCN

Most cities/regions are known for certain dishes. What about AFCN towns?

Cinci - Chili. Yes, it's basically regular chili but put over a bed of spaghetti. But it's good.

    Balt. - Crab cakes?

Pgh - Primanti Bros. sammies? What else? Chip chopped ham?

Cleveland - Don't know of any food the town is known for. A "Polish Boy?"

Never heard about cinnamon, that sounds gross. What about Cleveland?

I've only been to Pittsburgh once (for work). My favorite meal I had when I was there was fish tacos. Can't remember the name of the place, but I think it was a Spanish name (because one of my co-workers from Spain really wanted to go there) and it was downtown near the Embassy Suites.

Who knows if the place is even still open with how hard it's been for restaurants over the last few years.

Edited to add: I tried to get people to go to Primanti Brothers, but got outvoted.

Pittsburgh isn't really known for a food staple. Pittsburgh should be more known for the best food condiment in the US.

Pittsburgh loves their fries. Saw someone put fries in their blizzard at DQ. I tried it and it’s delicious!

Dunno, but I found this. Walleye and lake perch makes sense.

Cleveland may be known for pigs in a blanket.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

Primantis sucks unless it’s 3 am after a night of drinking.

Pittsburgh is the home of rye whiskey and banana splits. Chopped chopped ham and fries on salads are the way to go.

Gotta try goetta in Cincy. It’s fried something. Like a Greek hash brown but with sausage and oatmeal or something.

Cleveland seems similar to Pittsburgh. They’ve got their gross Polish Boy. It’s a sausage cole slaw fries and bbq sauce. As gross as the Skyline Chili and Primantis.

Baltimore prob has the best food. Crab cakes, old bay, lots of oysters from MD and VA.
