Sounds like a good move to me. I don't think Ike was cutting it.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

Maybe will be able to help get Claypool playing closer to his potential

Will probably have a couple of new WRs on the roster to work with as well

No idea if I like the pickup, but glad to see the change. The Steelers WRs have regressed.

DJ needs to get more physical and CC needs to put in the work. Ike H hasn’t really done anything for this unit in a positive direction, but I’ve always given him a pass due to the passing of our old WR coach and the declining QB play.

Canada connection had to help. Lets hope he gets the max out of our crew.

Also worth noting this is an experienced coach and might be a future OC candidate if Canada doesn’t pan out.

              This.

Change on offense seems like it has a reasonable chance of leading to improvement.

That's also why I'm not super upset about losing the OL coach, who I admit looks good on paper.

Was it Ike's decision to not renew his contract?
                or
Was it the FO not seeing results they wanted?

Time to look on Carolina's rooster at potential FA WR....
                Damn just looked, nothing there!

                  Probably both.

and yes, Panthers had the same issues as the Steelers. No OL and a bunch of QB’s who couldn’t get the ball to WR’s.
