Buddy, you don't coach in the NFL for 15 years without a losing a season if you aren't a good coach. Calling him mediocre is saying that his resume is just middle of the road compared to his peers and that is just false. I don't think Art Rooney or Tomlin are a problem, if you ask me, coaching and ownership are the teams biggest strengths.
