    Your Starting Quarter Back 2022

Let's say Ben Retires at the end of the year -

And we still have Mason Rudolph, Dwayne Haskins (as a RFA) still on the Roster.

As GM you're going to add one more Quarterback to the Roster.

If you cannot draft: Kenny Pickett, Matt Corral or Malik Willis (Because you cannot trade up to get them) -

    Who do you draft?
Or at this point do you add a Free Agent - Free Agent list below:

    Free Agents available:

    Ryan Fitzpatrick
    Andy Dalton
    Nick Foles
    Cam Newton
    Tyrod Taylor
    Jameis Winston
    Jacoby Brissett
    Teddy Bridgewater
    Marcus Mariotta
    Joe Flacco
    Mitchell Tribisky
    Tim Boyle

    Available Free Agents.

Rudolph is the only QB currently under contract for 2022. Of the FA, Mariota intrigues me the most.

Is Fitzpatrick even going to be playing next year? He'll be 40. Also, who the hell is Tim Boyle? I've honestly never heard of him lol. It's a rough looking list, I think I might just stick with Rudolph out of those.

        None of those free agents.

There might be a team like say the Vikings who draft a QB in round one & trade Kirk Cousins. Something like that would be more appealing.

4 years, 16 games dressed, 3 starts (all this season). 3 years in Green Bay, this year in Detroit. (I looked him up).

It pains me to say it but I’d start Rudolph over any of those free agent QBs.

I'd take Jameis from that list at the right price. One of 9 guys in NFL history to throw for 5k yards in a season.

Mariota always looked like the modern NFL QB but just never performed. An intriguing option if nothing else though. Well, as intriguing as rehash high level busts can get.

                Mariotta
                Jameis if healthy

But I'm fine with Rudolph for 2022.

Appreciate the correction about Dobbs and Haskins -- Haskins is a RFA, but Dobbs was a mistake -- I misread the website was I was using.

I could see us kicking the tires on Trubisky.

it's going to be a long, frustrating season if Rudolph is our starting QB.

hope I'm wrong, looks like we're gonna find out though.

Unless they look for a trade but I think they’ll roll with what they have. I doubt they’ll give up draft capital with all the holes they have to fill.

That list is depressing. Unless we're drafting a QB in the 1st rd, there's really no use bringing any of those guys in. Might as well roll with Rudolph (who is equally bad), get a top 10 pick next year, then draft our future QB.

If we can somehow land Pickett, I'd bring in Foles or Jameis to start the first half of the season

Wasn't that the season Winston threw 30 INTs??.... no thanks. You give the ball to the other team that much you ain't winning many games.

None of these names are worth a spit. I go Rudolph,... on a one horse open sleigh.
